**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the education process by overseeing classes in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and manging classroom behaviour
- Delivering lessons ready to ignite young minds.
- Creating an atmosphere where learning is a joyous experience.
- Reporting concerns and issues to the school staff, ensuring a safe environment.
- Being the cheerleader, motivating and inspiring students.
