**The Opportunity**

**With several significant investment projects currently on the horizon this really is a really exciting time to join the Company.**
Inside the archway at the Mortonhall Stable Courtyard you will find the Stable Bar & Restaurant which offers a wonderful family dining experience coupled with a range of wines, spirits and beers of which the operators show great pride. The sheltered courtyard provides a lovely place to sit in the summer and equally as enjoyable is a drink by the roaring fire in the winter. There is outside seating in the stable courtyard itself. Indoors there are plenty of tables in the main bar area adjacent to a log burner that roars on colder days. Also available is the Saddle Room which can accommodate larger, and on occasion, private parties..

**The Person**

We are seeking a supervisor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be a proactive thinker and an enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm and memorable guest experience. You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the bar and restaurant team, you will be responsible for running shift in the absence of Assistant Manager or Bar & Restaurant Manager.

**Relevant Experience**
- ** Have a great track record -**Previous experience as supervisor or someone looking to to take the next step from an experienced team leader or waiting/bar team.
- **Guest focused personality - **You will put the guest at the heart of business decisions and have an interest in building relationships.
- **Be inspiration to your team - **A hands on leader who will show your team how its done and take them on the journey with you.
- **Passion for food and drink - **From food recommendations to knowledge of coffee, you will have a passion to deliver a great product to your guest.

**Desirable Experience**
- Scottish Personal License
- Working in tandem with the assistant manager to build a great offering for our guests
- Understanding of bar and restaurant operations administration - Food Safety, Health and Safety and Team Training.
- A basic DBS check may be required to carry out this role.
- You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom to be considered for this role._
