We are recruiting for Senior Support Worker's to support a young person who is in the process of transitioning into his own semi-independent home which will be located in Aston Clinton. Intially you will be travelling to Northamptonshire to visit the young person in order to build a relationship prior to their transition.

You will be supporting this young person on a 4-1 basis and support with promoting independence and positivity, full personal care, challenging behaviours, complex needs, autism and anxiety.

**To be considered for this Senior Support Worker position, you must have**:

- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service
- Previous experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
- Driver with a Full UK driving licence
- Great sense of humour and proactive individual
- Ability to attend a PROACT-SCIPr training course & First Aid training.
