**Requirements & Responsibilities**

The primary focus for this role is to assist in growing our social platforms and to ensure that the Dylan Oaks presence is felt.
- You must have a passion for social media, content creation through narrative-driven video content & be adept at creating compelling stories that emotionally captivate an audience. By telling stories across social channels, you should be confident at designing video storyboards based on brand campaigns and UPS’s. You will be confident in executing the following daily activations:

- Building and managing organic social channels to achieve optimal exposure, engagement and awareness.
- Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
- Analysing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager on strategic planning and budget decisions.
- Developing overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary.
- Building and managing campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customised according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
- Assisting and advising on personalised targeting and content when required.
- Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client’s future strategy and tactics.
- You will have creative flair, and be able to come up with new innovative ideas each week.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- 1+ year in a creative role or experience creating content for a personal social media account or brand content.
- A genuine love and passion for social media.
- An exceptional knowledge and interest in social trends.
- Portfolio of work that showcases diversity and range of creative thinking and execution.
- Extensive experience and familiarity in using TikTok and Instagram.
- A flexible, hard working and motivated individual.
- Organised and excellent at prioritising workload to ensure goals are met.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Canva with proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
- A strong track record of using Google Analytics.
- A proactive, self-starter and a team player, who is confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and value drivers in retaining customers.
- You’ll be analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- You’ll also have strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.

**Advantageous but not essential**:

- Track record in coordinating multiple projects across various teams.
- Track record in creating engaging content for Instagram / Tiktok.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed by the business.
- Familiarity with Database Marketing laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) is a plus.
