What you'll be doing:

- Working to constantly improve the grounds
- Ensuring traps are maintained / serviced and fully functioning at all times
- Maintaining stock of clay pigeons & spares
- Ensuring reliability of traps, shooting stands and towers
- Continued improvement to health and safety on the ground
- Helping to design exciting and enjoyable shooting layouts and consistently changing and updating targets to ensure the best possible customer experience.

What you'll need to have:

- A working knowledge of clay pigeon shooting
- To be a hardworking team player who enjoys working outdoors
- The ability to interact with clients

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
