**About Our Client**:
Our Client are a busy and growing Marketing Agency based in Reading.

This Operations Coordinator position will include the following duties:

- Communicating with Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues
- Ad hock support to the MD
- Diary management, travel management and event management
- General office support
- Project support
- Supporting with invoices and expenses
- Liaising with the bookkeeper and accountant
- Billing customers and creating monthly payment lists
- Prepare for meetings - research, proofreading, taking notes, helping colleagues prepare, etc.
- General admin
- Any ad hock tasks

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Be organised
- Have good attention to detail
- Be confident and comfortable when talking to senior members of staff
- Be outgoing and personable
- Have a strong administration background/experience
- Have some PA experience or want to get into a general PA role
