You will be supporting our HR Advice and Consultancy team, working with our leaders to provide guidance and hands-on support on a wide range of HR issues. Using your sound knowledge of employment law, you will lead on employee relation matters and take a proactive and pragmatic approach to the timely resolution of casework (grievances, disciplinaries, absence and capability, etc.).

Driven by your customer-focused approach, you will coach and support leaders to build confidence and effectiveness in their management of people issues, providing advice which is informed by best practice.

The role takes on an open and collaborative team-work-centred approach to ensure success, by actively collaborating with stakeholders and team members from all key departments including the wider HR team.
