We are currently recruiting a** Receptionist/Administrator **to join our onsite Aramark Facilities Management team, providing a service for our oil and gas client at **St Magnus House, AB11 6NJ.**
For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

**What you'll be doing**:

- Dealing with incoming calls to reception via Switchboard
- Greeting of visitors, ensuring all visitors are met by their host
- Dealing with Emergency Response
- Administration of meeting room bookings and stationery
- Updating floor plans
- Dealing with incoming requests to the FM Helpdesk, working closely with onsite maintenance and hygiene teams to ensure appropriate delegation & completion of various tasks/requests
- Operating in Maximo i.e. creating purchase orders, placing orders, processing invoices
- Focal point for all Business Framework queries i.e. publishing, updating, withdrawing company procedures
- Ensure the highest level of customer focus and attention is delivered to all visitors at all times.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an admin based role
- Good use of Microsoft programs including excel
- Have a great eye for detail and an excellent telephone manner
- Able to effectively manage your own workload
