Our client is seeking a highly experienced Office Manager to join their successful growing company based in Norwich city centre.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Managing Director to oversee the smooth running of the office
- Carrying out disciplinary and grievance procedures and support on performance issues
- Manage the sales and marketing function in delivery of its objectives with sales director
- Manage the customer liaison through Contract Manger team.
- Liaise with payroll with any changes in employment to office staff
- To lead or support initiatives across the business that promote health and wellbeing
- Manage the customer complaint procedure
- Ensuring the office is compliant with Company policies and procedures
- Fulfilling requirements for accreditations, such as Safe Contractor etc
- Organises and audit the company's systems, databases, and procedures.
- Support directors in all areas of performance, delivery and efficiently audits
- Liaising with managers on any recruitment needs, developing job descriptions and advertising on the appropriate avenues
- Ensure that the company are recruiting the right employees by using effective screening and interviewing techniques prior to interview
- Book required training for employees, update and maintain training records.
- Maintain HR records including pay reviews skills needed, DBS etc
- Manage CRM
- Identify tender opportunities
- Manage annual leave roster
This is a fantastic opportunity working Monday to Friday with overall attractive salary between £26,000 to £30,000k per annum along with excellent benefit packages.
