**Aesthetic Clinic Manager**

We are looking for a clinic manager to join our team within our highly successful and reputable aesthetics clinic in Loughton Essex. Working for an inspirational founder who is highly commended and an expert in the field, we are looking to scale the successfulbusiness and build the team whilst maintaining excellent care standards for our high-profile clientele.

The clinic has a bright, welcoming, friendly atmosphere (especially for what is a clinical sector), and we would like someone who is passionate about the progression and development of the business. Patient relations are so important to the founder so strongcommunication and relationship-building skills are essential for the role. The position is full-time and perfect for anyone that wants to join and help grow a small close-knit team.

Duties to include:

- Managing the patient experience, from appointment booking to aftercare treatment is managed professionally with the utmost care and attention.
- Overseeing and managing operational processes to ensure compliance with CQC requirements.
- Ensuring that team targets are met and exceeded.
- Ongoing recruitment for the clinic, managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Coaching, developing and mentoring of all clinic staff and ensuring that the team is working effectively.
- Stock control and negotiating with suppliers.
- Management of the clinic budget including producing timely monthly reports based on sales and operational KPIs
- Driving bookings ensuring that diary occupancy is maximised whilst working in the best interest of the patients at all times
- Promoting retail sales through product knowledge and recommendation.
- Managing events and product launches.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Managing the social media team relationship and contributing to regular relevant content.
- Regularly conduct market research to ensure that the salon remains desirable.
- Researching new products which come to the market and building a business case for their implementation.
- Ensuring that the clinic is clean and presentable including managing cleaning staff, stock replenishment.

**Experience and skills required**
- Previous management experience within the aesthetics, private health, medical, beauty, spa and leisure industry.
- A proven track record of achieving targets
- Great customer service skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A trustworthy track record, reliability and be punctual at all times
- Be able to take responsibility and manage the clinic professionally and on own initiative.
- Implement measurement standards to assess clinic operations
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive high performing team enabling the clinic to meet operational KPI’s.
- An enthusiastic approach, friendly and highly presentable
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
