Role Overview and Responsibilities:
**Introduction**
The purpose of this role is To support the HR Team by managing of all aspects of recruitment and onboarding for the Barnstaple site. The Recruitment administrator will partner with Hiring Managers and colleagues from the wider business to meet the business requirements for sourcing, securing and maintaining talent.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
**Responsibilties**
- Using the correct progression paths on the ATS to ensure visibility of all recruitment progress,
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to write and update job descriptions,
- Management of job advertisements on external job sites,
- Organising and managing recruitment events,
- Attending local recruitment fairs as required,
- Produce weekly KPI reports for the HR Manager,
- Completing Right to Work checks,
- Management of the onboarding process,
- Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at all times.
**Health, Safety & Environment**
- Demonstrate safe behaviour at all times,
- Ensure yourself and others in your working areas are safe and not exposed to significant risk,
- Working in a 6S mindset ensure area is clean, tidy & safe,
- Support the creation of risk assessments where required,
- Reporting health and safety breaches, for example anybody not wearing the correct PPE,
- Participate in departmental inspections & audits
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working within a HR team.
- Competent in using IT Equipment and Microsoft Office.
- A good understanding of equal opportunities and ED&I.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisation and time keeping skills.
- Experience of recruitment in a Manufacturing and Engineering Environment.
