**Company Description**

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to work for an established Steelwork design contractor, that works on large Multi-Story structural steel projects across the UK and Ireland

Due to growth, our client is looking to expand their drawing office and add a Tekla Detailer to their drawing office.

**Duties**

As an experienced Tekla Detailer, you will be responsible for the following:
Preferably 2-5 years’ experience in detailing of steelwork metalwork & framework etc

Detailing from design team drawings to produce fabrication packages and issuing to the workshop

Able to communicate with Client Engineers and Architects directly, ensuring all queries are dealt with swiftly

Ensure that all models and drawings are detailed to current specs, with a working knowledge of current regulations and codes

Manage sub contractors

Applicants will be require the following:
Experience with Tekla Structures (3D)

Detailing in either structural or secondary steel

Good timekeeping and project management skills

Scope for development into a senior role within the drawing office

The requirement to work to tight programs and the ability to work under pressure
