Job Introduction
We are recruiting an experienced Helpdesk Administrator who thrives working with others, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships.

Our Helpdesk team provides information, solutions, and support to our corporate client who is one of the largest insurance brokers in the world.

Working hours are typically 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, usually no earlier than 8:00am and no later than 5:00pm. We do not work weekends or Bank Holidays.

The office is based in Reigate and is only a few minutes walk from the train station.

The client is a multinational risk management, insurance brokerage, and advisory company.

Main Responsibilities
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent call service and ensuring that all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure, with a friendly smile and professional telephone style.
- Ensuring a clear speaking voice, excellent oral and written skills at all times and guaranteeing all information is recorded accurately.
- Assisting with all reservations, confirmations and business requirements.
- Giving strong attention to detail every guest calling and ensuring you acknowledge all requested requirements.
- Ensuring you use the guest's name at least once throughout the interaction of the call.
- Having a full understanding of the building layout to provide an outstanding guide to the details of Guest/Client requests when booking or enquiring about the facilities available.
- Ensuring maximum capacity of room usage and advising of best room for needs of client and requirements.
- Liaising with fellow contractors on the smooth running of the operation.
- Have the passion and drive to deliver the very highest levels of customer service.
- Have an innovative approach to best practice.
- Be confident and decisive under pressure and problem resolution.
- Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality.
- Understand professional etiquette and have the ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.
- Have strong IT and administration skills.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively.
