My client holds a number of key commercial contracts across the UK. They are currently searching for a new Project Administrator to join their team to continue providing the best possible project delivery for their customers.
Suitable locations could include: Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable, Teynham or Chilham
**The Role**
- Produce site folders with technical documentation
- O&M manuals
- Making sure RAMs are in place for all projects with guidance from contract managers
- Updating training matrix and booking training courses
- Ensuring we have up to date info on all subcontractors current insurances
- Booking accommodation
- Checking site operatives timesheets, times / correct job numbers
- Answering office phone calls, taking messages
- Maintain office supplies
**Experience Required**
- A minimum of 3 years experience within shopfitting or similar industry (Essential)
- Knowledge of health and safety documents, risk assessments or similar
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Previous experience of preparing technical documentation for projects (Essential)
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator or similar (Desirable)
**Package Details**
- Up to 30k per annum DOE
- 1.5x OT
- 28 Days Holiday (inclusive of Statutory Bank Holidays)
