**Job Title**:Software Asset Management Team Administrator

**Salary**:Circa £27K

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for data collation, analysis and report production
- Supporting the SAM (software asset management) team providing data analytics for SAM management
- Ongoing stewardship of existing reporting and creation of any ad-hoc reports based on approved requests
- Developing and maintaining of data tracking templates, automating processing of the data where possible
- Maintaining work instructions/process documentation to a high standard as and when required

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively
- Customer focused and process driven.
- Ability to produce documentation and reports to a high standard
- Proven Excel skills
- Good written presentation skills

Desirable:

- Experience with ServiceNow
- IT Administration experience
- Technical administrative background
- Knowledge of software asset lifecycle

You will be assisting the Software Asset management team in collation and analysis of data for compliancy reporting and working with our customers to provide trend analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making.
