**Workplace Concierge**

**Salary**: £26000

40 Hours - Mon - Friday

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workplace Concierge/Facilities Coordinator to join our team in a Five Star Corporate environment in the heart of Cheshire.

**Job Objectives and Responsibilities**

Providing the first point of contact for all internal and external customers visiting the facility and ensuring that all activities delivered are of the highest standard.

As a Workplace Co-ordinator you will integrate with the Workplace Team to provide a cohesive service to our client, this will include building relationships with the key stakeholders, anticipating their needs, creating a positive work environment for our colleagues and client alike.

**Service Excellence**

Responsible for understanding, following and driving company standards

Responsible for challenging when service excellence delivery falls below SLA/SOP/KPI

Ensure service delivery meets the needs of the customer and exceeds them wherever possible.

**Engagement**:
Responsible for acting and behaving inline with One Code

Responsible for attending/participating in weekly huddles

**Main Duties**

Facilitation of courier deliveries /data archiving / mail movement for the business

Stationery stock ordering and management for the business

Ensuring a tidy and clean appearance across the floor, at desks, collaboration spaces and break out areas.

Act as the first point of contact for FM related issues, and will take responsibility for logging calls on behalf of building occupants, ensuring they are directed to the correct department.

Communication and monthly meetings with each Floor Lead to communicate and update on any issues, queries and outstanding works.

Maintain a visible presence on the floors.

Managements and allocation of workplace lockers in line with the clients protocol

Incident management support for Fire evacuation in line with the clients protocol

Set up and management of all meeting spaces and oversight of bookings using Condeco desk booking system

Assist with management and coordination of small works on the floors.

Provide staff inductions, providing an overview of how agile working is successful within the building, explaining health and safety elements such as fire alarms and also general way finding information.

Maintain constant communication with all other service lines to ensure seamless delivery to building occupants.

Fulfil all reasonable requests from both visitors & colleagues to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety at all times

Co-ordination and collation of management information as required by the Soft Services Manager (reports, reportable service failures, work volumes, contract performance, audit results).

Work together with other service lines to ensure kitchens and fridges are clear of perishables at the end of every week.

Undertake periodic reviews of service delivery to find areas of improvement and cost savings for benefit of customers and the business.

First Aid and Mental Health training is desired but can be given

Completion of all mandatory E-Learning modules and Tool Box Talks

Coordinate and support events from conception to delivery. This will require communication with the host

Flexibility to support the team for leave and sickness cover

IT technology support for the meeting room and personal spaces, this includes supporting with Microsoft Teams Room technology, use of audio and AV equipment
