**All About Recruitment Ltd** is currently recruiting for **Full Time TRAINEE Field-Based Debt Recovery Enforcements Agents to** work from home and conduct field visits to a client base, - home and business clients within UK territories. Start in early January

**Enforcement Agent / Collection Agent/ Credit Control / Debt Administrator /Debt Recovery Agent / Collections Clerk / Security Officers / Traffic Warden / Traffic Officer / Parking Enforcement / Bailiff / Sheriff**

**Salary £23,000 (Rising to £24,500 basic+ commission when qualified and passed examination ), + expensed and fuelled work van, + all equipment, + company pension, sick pay, holiday pay, colleague discounts, etc.**

**To Start**:The next intake starts in January. Interviews will take place i via Teams. You would need to start in January 2023 and train in Northampton offices, fully expensed hotel stay and travel would be included. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN NORTHAMPTON

The training would be 09.00 - 17.00 and may last for several weeks.

**Hours of work**: Core hours Monday - Friday with some weekend cover, but you manage your own diary.

**The Role**:
**You will be managing a portfolio of debtors and completing telephone and field-based tasks to recover payment of monies owed. This will include visiting customers’ homes and taking telephone calls.**

Applicants will need to evidence experience of working with the public within face to face or telephone-based interactions and managing their own time.

**Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
Taking payments over the telephone and face to face

Visiting debtors at home and in various locations to recover bad debt

Making outbound calls to recover aged debt and arranging appointments

A target driven personality

Able to identify and mediate with vulnerable customers

Excellent customer services skills and a clear telephone manner

Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

Happy to complete field visits within a geographical region
