**We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Auditing Officer to be responsible for efficient and effective collation of data in support of the patient/customer experience. Recording and administration of information (directly/indirectly) through monitoring, audit and survey. Recording and reporting of information in support of ISS H&S/Food Safety/Quality systems.**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **To undertake monitoring, audits and surveys in all services including Catering, Cleaning and Logistics - using/embracing technology/systems where appropriate.**:

- **To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff working within the control of the position, other staff within the Trust/Company, the Client, sub contractors and users of our services.**:

- **To manage and evaluate objectives and targets as requested by the Patient Experience Manager.**:

- **To promote and develop effective communication.**:

- **To achieve and improve service delivery targets.**:

- **To seek, provide, evaluate and organise information for action.**:

- **To maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.**:

- **Control resources and finance, identifying and planning ways of reducing costs.**:

- **Produce information accurately and within the required deadlines.**:

- **Promote and develop company services.**

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**

***
- **Two years supervisory experience, preferably in a multi functional hospital environment.**:

- **Experience in administration processes.**:

- **Experience of quality control systems.**:

- **Experience of H&S/Food Safety systems (desirable).**:

- **Good verbal & written communication skills.**:

- **Good levels of numeracy.**:

- **Experienced user of ISS systems, Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel.**
