Lettings Administrator Apprentice

**Do you have a passion for working within administration?** **Are you keen on kickstarting your career within the PROPERTY AND LETTINGS department? **Want to gain a qualification whilst working? If the answer is YES then this role is for YOU
You will join an innovative young and vibrant team to assist in the smooth day to day sunning of the orgnaisation. Please note this position is based in **EAST LONDON and is an APPRENTICESHIP.**
Duties for this role include the following;
- Diary Maintenance
- Call handling
- Scanning, Photocopying / Shredding
- Filing Documents Archiving Files
- Maintaining Petty cash and recording disbursements
- Typing and other general office duties
- Dealing with Daily Post
- Filing Documents with agents
- Arranging client viewings for properties
- Closing deals with external clients re purchases of house
You will gain the following qualifications in addition to on site training;
- An accredited BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION qualification at Level 2 or 3
- Functional Skills in Maths and or English (If needed)
