Job Title : Private Patient Liaison Officer

Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Private Patient Liaison Officer.

You will provide a first-class patient concierge service for our new private patients. Your duties will include arranging initial appointments, ensuring that new patients are assigned appointments at the correct clinic, managing and updating the diary for private appointments, ensuring the patient has all the information they require for their upcoming appointment, and taking payments. You will also be required to liaise with our dental clinics to provide them with regular updates on bookings. Data inputting will also be required. Acting as the first point of contact for our new private patients, you will answer incoming calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner, providing our patients with all the information they require about the services we offer, and addressing any further questions they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, and handling all patient files in a confidential manner, in line with GDPR Regulations.

- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Previous high-end sales experience/ previous dental experience/receptionist experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and dental practice management software
- Some basic general knowledge of dental terminology and procedures would be highly advantageous

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The Private Patient Liaison Officer will be based at our Head Office, with working hours taking place both in-office and remotely. The work schedule may include evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of our patients and the practices they are registered with.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Garforth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales within mental health care/health care: 1 year (preferred)
