Our client based in SW London is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work from Monday 16 January for about 3 months. Monday - Friday 9 - 5.

In order to fulfil their need you will having the following skills and experience:

- Handling double entry bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Sun systems or other accounting systems
- Proficient in using Outlook, MS Excel and Word
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication (oral & written) and organisational skills
- Aptitude for figures
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changes to work processes
- Problem solving skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to take and follow instructions
- Ability to prioritise tasks

Basic duties:

- Dealing with daily transactions i.e. expenditure, income, processing of invoices and forms
- Preparing bank reconciliations on a timely basis
