**The Role**:
We are looking to recruit 02 (two) HCPC registered Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist for a 03 month locum contract (with the potential to be extended), starting ASAP.
Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to undertake and support staff to complete the assessment and clinical diagnosis of complex patients using investigative and analytical skills; formulating an individual management and/or treatment program according to thepatients' goals using clinical reasoning and a range of treatment skills, including knowledge of alternative treatment options. To work within a multidisciplinary team, completing liaison, joint working and collaborative decision making. To utilize complexcommunication skills to be able to overcome barriers to communication. To undertake specialist OT assessment of patients and establish goals in collaboration with patient and carer.
Work schedule would be 37.50 hours per week Monday through Sunday Full time 08.30- 16.30/ 17.30 hours depending on the shift pattern.
**Patient-type**_ = varied specialist neuro team neurological presentation & orthopaedic presentations. Specialist equipment needs, high falls risk, cognitive difficulties and long COVID patients. Also run falls preventions groups._
**Requirements**:
- Hold Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc).
- UK license and access to a car to travel around the locality.
- Enhanced DBS & HCPC Registration required.
