E-commerce Assistant

Nearly New Cashmere Co is a busy online sustainable fashion retailer based in Masham, North Yorkshire. We are primarily looking for an E Commerce Assistant, reporting to the E Commerce Manager, with additional help in other departments when required.

This role will include various tasks relating to E Commerce including:

- liaising with models for product shoots,
- taking product photographs with high attention to detail and at speed
- measuring, folding and packaging garments
- adding new listings to our website using an iphone App
- helping with packing stock for shows and events

This is a fast growing online retail business with the opportunity to develop a career through training.

**Essential skills**:

- Experience with IT and Apps
- Ability to work quickly using an app on an iphone (provided)
- Ability to work independently within agreed deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Be resilient and adaptable when dealing with challenge and change
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning skills with the ability to prioritise during busy times
- A positive, willing, and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- A strong team player with a genuine interest in fashion

**The following is desirable although full training will be given**:

- Basic knowledge of photography
- Experience of an E commerce working environment
- Understanding of Shopify
- Some experience of stock management in a similar environment
- Face to face customer service, which may be required at times

**Salary**: £24,000.00
