Due to continuing growth a Head of Customer Operations is required in what is a highly influential position where the "devil really is in the detail". Responsible for a team managing multiple contracts (circa £90m turnover) in a very fast-paced environment, this commercially and customer focused leadership role will test you at all levels.
With customer satisfaction at the very forefront, as Head of Customer Operations you will ensure customer relationships are effective and shaped accordingly to achieve business unit strategy and objectives, with a focus on commercial opportunity, business reporting, in-contract development, and dispute resolution.
If you are currently a _Head of_, or _senior leader_ with a passion for delivering customer operational excellence, can think quickly and analytically, be able to prioritise under short deadlines and summarise complex commercial concepts and contracts, communicating these to broad internal and external stakeholder groups, then this may be just the opportunity you have been looking for
