**About The Role**:
We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly Resourcing team

You'll be a key part of our team and will support volume recruitment activity in multiple sites in Manufacturing.

Alongside managing the recruitment pipeline, you'll also have the opportunity to be involved in lots of project work which could include anything from creating attraction materials, to analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvements. The scope of these projects covers the whole business and enables you to be involved in driving significant changes to support our onsite recruitment teams with their recruitment challenges..

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Advertising roles across various platforms including our own careers page and external job boards
- Scheduling and running assessment centres
- Participating in regular team, peer and department meetings to support the resourcing agenda
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager and the Resourcing Specialists where required
- Producing MI, data analysis and regular reporting to senior stakeholders

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

- Prior experience in Recruitment experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality of work
- Flexibility, adaptability, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure
- Proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and desire to follow process
- Excellent verbal communication and naturally inquisitive
