Property Manager

We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our client's busy Norwich office.
Our clients would also consider individuals without property management experience.
**Working hours**:
- Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Every 6th Saturday from home between 9.30 am - 12.00 pm
**The successful Property Manager will be offered**:
- £18,000 - £20,000 basic salary - depending on experience
**To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have**:
- Property management experience would be ideal, but not essential
- Hold the full UK driving license and have access to their own car.
- Ability to work independently, as well as, a part of a wider team
- Organised and task-focused
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to solve problems and find solutions quickly
- Positive with a 'can-do’ attitude
**As a Property Manager your role will involve the following**:
- Move-in and move-outs
- Inspections
- Organising, identifying and checking on maintenance
- Lettings negotiation, bookings and viewings
- Ensuring that records on the system are maintained in relation to property management
- Gaining property particulars by carrying out inventories and taking photographs
