Here at **Amegreen Childrens Services Ltd**, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a** Team Leader** to play a pivotal role in providing outstanding care and support to our children, empowering them to overcome challenges and thrive in a nurturing environment.

Please note, if you are non-british citizen and currently living in the UK looking for a role within our residential service, you must have a minimum of 2 years left on your visa and have been living in the UK for at least 2.5 years. We are unfortunately not able to offer sponsorship at this time.

**Who we are**

Amegreen Children's Services specialise in therapeutic residential children's care and education. We currently have beautiful homes where we offer a warm welcome to vulnerable children aged 5 to 18 years. All of our homes are rated "good" and "outstanding" by Ofsted and we take pride in the outcomes we provide for young people.

**About the role**
- To supervise, develop and appraise the performance of allocated employess to maintain and improve their effectiveness
- To assist the Registered Manager to plan, allocate and review the workload, while managing priorities. To help design, implement and improve systems and processes, to achieve good outcomes for children.
- To act as a member of the Amegreen management team and actively to develop the service, including the development of the service’s skills and increasing understanding of what works with developmentally traumatised young people.
- To monitor the physical standards of the home, so it is safe and provides a good quality environment for young people and families.
- To carry out any administrative duties and record information with accuracy including; daily logs, produce monthly Residential Placement Plans, record any Significant Incident Reports, Physical Intervention Reports and record any sanctions as and when applicable.
- To safeguard, promote the welfare and oversee the wellbeing of all children and young people in the home.
