**Job description**

**Tradelink Direct** is one of the UK’s largest fabricators of PVC-U and aluminium Windows, Doors and Conservatories, based in March, Cambridgeshire. 1. **KEY OBJECTIVES/FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB**:
a) To ensure that all production is completed and that the quality of the product is maintained at all times.

b) To ensure that you follow all SOP’s and that Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times.

c) Be flexible in your approach to training on various processes within the factory, as you will be expected to be proficient in several different processes.

d) Ensure that all process and equipment problems are communicated to the relevant Team Leader.

e) To assist with Quest (Continuous Improvement) and 6’s improvement activities within the Factory.

f) Proactive, effective control and usage of materials to minimise unnecessary material wastage.

g) To perform housekeeping duties as required, maintain work area and machinery standards at the required level.

- A positive and friendly manner.
- A use of previous hand Tools
