**Support Worker - Bathgate / West Lothian**

**£10.50 per hour**

**35 hours per week**

**Are you empathetic and have experience in looking after other people’s needs?**

Real Life Options is looking for caring, dedicated staff to support individuals in the West Lothian area to promote independence, inclusion and assist in improving the ability and opportunities for the people we support within their wider community.

You will work as part of a team as well as, independently and using your own initiative whilst ensuring the needs of the person you are supporting, are met. The role will be supporting people with Learning Disabilities to maintain and promote their independence covering personal care, medication, tenancy and social support, The team offer support with personal care, medication, dietary needs, appointments and maintaining their home and finances.

Shifts are varied and can be any 5 days out of 7, times varying from 8am-3pm, 9am-3pm, 10am-3pm, 11am-3pm, 3pm-9.30pm.

There may be the occasional need to cover night shifts
