Job Description Summary
Responsible for the release of incremental value contributing towards a holistic product, project or service with the main goal of realising value for customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the team are working on the right priorities. This is achieved by fostering collaborative, empowered teams, nurturing them to take ownership of the relevant outcomes. As well as stimulating innovation and mitigating risk by conducting data driven test and learn activities.
Chapter Lead - Some roles also include Chapter Lead accountabilities. A Chapter Lead is a role that blends both deep domain expertise with a passion for coaching and developing people. The main role of the Chapter Lead is to grow and develop the capabilities of their chapter members within their specific discipline, job family or role type.

HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

We're looking to recruit a Lead Product Owner (PO) in the International & High Value (IHV) Payments Lab. Our mission is to modernise, simplify and automate the IHV landscape, supported by significant investment in people, capability and technology.
The Lead PO will be a passionate and inspiring leader who will empower their team to address business problems and create value through delivering excellent solutions in response to customer needs. You will bring to life the delivery of our products, create an environment in which people reach their full potential and a culture where innovation and experimentation are encouraged.
As a Lead Product Owner in your day to day you’ll:

What you’ll need
- Extensive experience of product delivery through large cross-functional teams, deploying strategic technology solutions and engaging with global partners and suppliers.
- The ability to influence up, down and across the organisation, and to explain options and prioritisation decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Track record of building a positive culture that attracts and retains talent.
- Champion capability growth, people development and continuous improvement.
- Experience of creating strategies and executing plans to deliver outcomes that support the organisation's overall strategy.
