Legal Secretary - Conveyancing Secretary
Location: Winchester offices
Shift: Full-time (3-4 days a week)
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Conveyancing Secretary to join our dynamic team in Winchester offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare documents including Land Registry forms and lease extensions.
- Manage internal and external telephone queries efficiently.
- Assist in the billing process and completion of statements and forms.
- File management: opening files, sending contract packs, and managing financial transactions.
Desired Skills:
- Proficient audio typist.
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This position requires on-site presence; it is exclusively an in-office role.
