You are expected to provide a high-quality service to residents, including consultation and liaison work with customers and colleagues. It's a physically demanding job. You’ll be working outside all year round, working in inclement weather conditions as well as exposure to cold/heat and noise. You must keep accurate records of your work, sharing best practice and ways of working to improve the service, learning from experience when things don’t go to plan.

You’ll build strong relationships here, make new friends and have a genuinely positive impact on the lives of thousands of people.

**To be a landscaping Operative with Bromford, you will**:

- Ideally have some experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance

Everybody should feel that they belong and are able to bring their true, authentic selves to work. We want an organisation that reflects the communities and the people that we serve and if we can achieve this, we know that we will create an environment where everyone is included and can thrive.

If this sounds like you, you’ll feel right at home here. At Bromford we give both customers and colleagues the opportunity to realise their potential. In our team you’ll do incredible work and be rewarded for doing so. Not just in the smiling faces of the thriving communities that you help build, but in the trust, support, training, success and friendship you’ll find in our team.
