We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing to join our EMEA Markets Investigations team. This role is located in Manchester
- HYBRID
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Assist with the onboarding and enhancing reconciliations for Securities Finance within the Markets Investigations team.
- Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance. Performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.
- Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements. Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
- Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate. Interact with clients and across business areas as required.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Power BI preferred.
