In partnership with a recognised, professional, and person-centred social care provider who specialises in residential and supported living care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours, I am seeking a fully qualified andexperienced **HR ADVISOR** to join their team.
Based at their head office, you will be required to work closely with the senior management team and travel across the closely based services, as and when required.
Your duties will be varied and will include:

- Implement actions to meet and maintain recruitment and selection process
- Assist the maintaining of HR policies and case management objectives for the team.
- Implement action to meet and maintain employee relations standards
- Evaluate standards of sickness absence across the company
- Support with ER and Generalist requirements

You will have a positive, person centred approach and be committed to going the extra mile.
Although not essential, experience working in a similar role for health and social care settings would be advantageous.

You will:

- Have at least 2 years practical HR advisor experience
- Be competent using Microsoft and HR software
