Neway is looking for a Housing Officer to join our client based with the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

This role is starting asap, working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Pay Rate is £17.27 p/h PAYE (equivalent to £17.27 p/h PAYE)

**Purpose**

To support and assist residents to comply with the terms of their tenancy and lease agreement, be satisfied with their home and local environment and be active members of their community. To work with partners and statutory agencies to ensure that breaches of the tenancy agreement are acted upon and corrected using all types of enforcement action.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £17.27 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
