The post holder will ensure effective and appropriate interventions are carried out to support student welfare, safeguarding and attendance. This will involve working alongside students and their families, as well as external agencies.

You will have the ability to offer calm, appropriate and supportive advice to ensure the highest level of support for our students and families in line with expectation and ethos of the Academy.

The role will have a travel requirement and a Driving Licence is necessary for visiting families in their homes.

At Ercall Wood Academy, our aim is for our young people to leave school with the social and emotional skills needed to be successful, happy adults, alongside, the academic qualifications necessary to secure places at the best sixth forms, colleges and apprenticeship opportunities.
