**Job Description**:
We are currently transforming the way we run and deliver technology service. The Workplace Technology Lead will manage a team of tech professionals to provide modern, inspiring workplace technology solutions that enable esure colleagues in their mission to Fix Insurance for Good.

Part of the interview process will include a presentation task around the following**:_We have a need to modernise how we deliver service to our customers, and with more emphasis on hybrid working, investment in collaboration tools. What do you think the current problems are and how would you solve them?_**

**What you will do**:

- Own workplace technology and end user computing, including our digital collaboration tools to enable hybrid working
- Work with the Agile Service Lead to support, define and deliver the strategy and a roadmap of initiatives to achieve workplace service excellence and digital workplace solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging workplace and hybrid working technologies that will benefit esure colleagues
- Select and manage workplace technology partners and leverage the most appropriate technologies to provide cost-effective solutions and services
- Run esure’s Azure estate and Azure technologies.
- Provide 24 x 7 incident support as part of a standby and on-call rota.

- An individual who has a passion for new and emerging technologies that improve the service we give customers and colleagues and enable us to work in a progressive, digital way
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, lead, inspire and mentor a team
- Experience of developing product roadmaps that support our strategic vision
- Implementation and support of workplace and collaboration technologies including O365, AD, Azure AD, Modern Desktop Management & Configuration, MDM platforms, cloud file services
- Experience of running hybrid cloud infrastructure and leading cloud migrations
- Experience working with Atlassian products including Jira, Jira Service management and Confluence
