Quality Auditor

The Quality Auditor will be report directly to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of compliance with the company’s quality standards. The primary focus of the role will involve conducting and documenting production checks, as well as collaborating with production operators, Production Managers, and Engineers to address any non-compliance issues. The Quality Auditor will also work closely with the Quality Control inspection team and actively contribute to process improvements. The ability to achieve and exceed Right First-Time targets and produce Audit Reports is crucial to this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all mandatory production checks are conducted and documented by Production staff.
- Conduct independent quality checks in all areas of production.
- Work closely with the Quality Control Inspection team.
- Proactively collaborate on process improvements.
- Ensure Right First-Time targets are achieved and surpassed.
- Produce Audit Reports.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven experience in a Quality environment.
- Experience in working in a fast-moving production facility.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions and see them through to completion.
- Ability to conduct and document Quality Audits.
