**The Role - Administrator**

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Product Catalogue team.

The purpose of the role is to work as part of a small, dynamic team preparing all aspects of product data ready for the launch of new products, and maintain existing information for ease of use across both the store and online functions.

Daily responsibilities include:

- End to end set up of new products
- Maintenance of system based product catalogue
- Collaboration with our Marketing department to generate information for in-store price tickets
- Promotion set up to allow processing of discounts in store
- Price change implementation
- Review and amendment of weekly reports
- Weekly update of supplier lead times
- Point of contact for all store colleague product detail queries
- User acceptance testing of new addition date output to in store till systems

**Skills needed**

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:
**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidentiality due to the nature of the role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft standard packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work on own initiative
- Proven experience of multi-tasking
- Strong experience in data management is desirable
- Experience with Product Information Management related systems is desirable
- Previous experience working in the retail sector is desirable
