With years and years of success under their belt, this highly-successfulcompany are growing many of their core functions across the business and are constantly reviewing and innovating new ways to ensure they are delivering the best results and service to their clients. As such, this role is able to be worked remotely and willsupport the implementation of a business platform, amongst the business' selected clients within the Midlands and Northern areas of the UK, to increase a better customer experience, underpin their understanding of the platform offered and support the salesteams in hitting sales targets.
Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this role your duties may include but will not be limited to:

- Representing the business to ensure the implementation of the platform across multiple Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) in order to support sales targets
- Build relationships and consult with key potential clients (IFAs) to analyse their implementation needs and support their training needs on the platform
- Once implemented, provide ongoing support during the launch and continuous use and consult on any issues or queries that may arise
- Support the internal sales teams to hit targets and highlight potential opportunities for future sales
- Identify possible opportunities to improve client retention, future sales and where other products/services may suit client needs to garner more sales
- Providing project management skills to support transitions from other platforms to the company's when needed
What you will need to Apply:
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a keen knowledge of platform functionality and connecting software tools. It will also be desirable to have an understanding of risk and compliance, to assist in underpinning the role.
