Excellent opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to develop their skills with a rapidly expanding family owned business based in Cornwall, that offers extensive training programs & long term career progression.
On offer is a role with a great work life balance where you will work a standard 4 on 4 off shift pattern rotating days and nights.
This well-established company have fast become a key supplier of premium produce to businesses across the South West. Their reputation as an independent, family run business has also helped to support the growth of their own brand in recent years. Due to theircontinued success they are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their Maintenance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic company based a short distance from the beautiful Cornish coast who is passionate about training and development for employees at all levels and who use their substantial training budget to upskill their workforcein interesting and varied courses tailored to the individual.
**THE ROLE**:
*Reactive & PPM
*Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance
*Fault finding and maintenance of manufacturing equipment (food)
*Days/Nights Shift - 4 on 4 off
**THE PERSON**:
*Multi-Skilled Engineer
*Previous experience in a similar role (Food / FMCG / manufacturing)
*Proactive problem solver with a can do attitude who is keen to learn & be part of a successful team
