Your new company
The company that you will be going to is a bespoke, special educational needs school, devoted to promoting and developing student confidence. While also forming strong relationships with students, staff and parents. The school has an excellent pension schemeas well as annual pay progression. They also offer a third party, confidential counselling service either in person or online.
Your new role
The role you will go into will be around creating and developing creative learning resources for students within a class based setting. Maintaining the high standard for displays inside the class room, making sure they are all up to date and relevant. You willalso need to prepare bespoke and well organised learning programs for individual students, this will also be partnered alongside the headteacher in making sure student progress is continuous and structured.
What you'll need to succeed To qualify for this role you must poses qualified teacher status ( QTS ) with a proven history and experience in a class room setting. The experience also would be advantageous to have worked with pupils who have SEND. You must alsofeel confident and comfortable in dealing with complex needs and delivering powerful outcomes.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills, motivational and teamwork skills
- Show commitment to and be able to provide evidence of continuous professional development and demonstrate its impact on teaching and learning
