Swiftpak has recently gone through a market re-positioning exercise and is now rapidly growing in the packaging space - working with well-known brands.

Haiken is re-defining the office furniture industry - they are the new kids on the block and in short time have already created an impressive impact in the furniture market.

To support our ongoing growth, we’re now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role is mainly office based in Theale, Reading as the majority of images and videos will have to be taken onsite. There will be some possibility towork remotely.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Imagery and Video Content Superstar to work closely with our Marketing Manager and our Content Copywriter to drive forward Swiftpak’s future strategy. The Marketing Executive will take day-to-dayresponsibility for creating new imagery and video content, engaging the online community and help us enter new platforms in line with our brand ambitions. Next to this, you will also be the number 2 in the Marketing department, being involved in campaigns,projects and covering for the Marketing Manager on Holiday.

Working closely with stakeholders across the marketing team and the wider business, you’ll film and photograph compelling content and come up with new ideas to bring value and deliver meaningful engagement to our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The ideal person will be a creative and visual marketer, who is full of ideas that align to our strategy
- Work with the marketing team to develop printed collateral, website development and implementation, social media assets, campaign planning and management, producing supportive marketing collateral/presentations on InDesign/PowerPoint/Canva.
- Take ownership of all design led marketing initiatives enablement including organizing new on-site product photography and in-location images as well as possible case study videos and small explainer videos
- Work with our agency to ensure campaigns meet our standards by providing through briefs and working with graphic designers for more complex works
- Assist in keeping our websites up to date and improve content in line with the strategy
- Act as support on annual marketing plans and implement activity ensuring optimal return on budget and KPI’s
- Work with Key Account Managers and the Head of Innovation to build and deliver Account Based Marketing as well as support with building case studies
- Own, optimise and communicate the social media calendar
- Be our brand ambassador on social media, commenting/liking as the company
- Collaborate with marketing and other business areas to identify tactical social opportunities, and then plan, create, and implement them.
- Lead on social reporting, ensuring you are tracking the performance of all social content, enabling this data to inform metric targets and future social strategies.
- Be proactive in identifying new and emerging trends on social and encourage first use where appropriate.
- Plan client communications programme including newsletters, seasonal campaigns and service updates to ensure clients are kept informed and engaged
- Provide monthly reports on KPIs
- Write campaign and design briefs for marketing initiatives
- Work collaboratively across the Marketing Team and other departments such as Sales and Purchasing to implement marketing initiatives through other channels

**Job requirements**:

- Ideally proficient in the use of Adobe Creative suite and have a good understanding of SEO and social media outreach. Video production and editing capabilities would be advantageous.
- Proven experience working in-house or marketing/brand agency
- Capable of taking a project from concept to production
- Good Art Direction/Photography skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Personable and able to establish effective relationships with colleagues and customers
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrable experience driving growth and engagement for brands through social channels and/or content strategy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
