Are you a Housekeeper looking for a step up in a managerial role?

Are you looking to manage a small team of Housekeepers in a well
- established and successful College in Oxfordshire?

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £28,000 30 days holiday BH and free lunches

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee and supervise housekeepers ensuring staffing levels are maintained
- Cleaning and preparing bedrooms for guests
- Replenishing supplies, setting up equipment
- Welcome guests and take them to their rooms
- Oversee the laundry room
- Maintain records of inspections and ensure servicing of cleaning equipment
- Liaise with Maintenance Manager on any faults and repairs that need to be scheduled

We are looking for a motivated and personable individual who is comfortable leading and nurturing a team.

Due to the location transport will be required. You will also be required to work a maximum of one weekend in four.
