Lead Tutor

We are a construction training provider with over 15 years of experience of delivering a wide range of construction training and support to both employers and learners. We pride ourselves on covering a wide range of qualifications from Entry Level schools provision, apprenticeships and employability Programme through to On Site Assessment & Training services up to NVQ Level 7 Senior Construction Management.

**Person Specification**

Min NVQ Level 3 Trade Qualification

Appropriate Teaching Qualification ( Level 5 )

IQA Qualification Level 4

Previous Teaching Experience including Apprenticeships, Pre and Post 16.

Demonstratable knowledge of the Apprenticeship Standards, EPA and Portfolio requirements.

Demonstratable experience of managing a team of tutors, curriculum planning and quality assurance management.

Strong IT, Admin, Time Management, Mentoring and Communication Skills.

Report and provide timely updates and respond to requests for information from the Senior Management Team

Driving License

Current DBS.
