We are currently recruiting a Senior Sous Chef for an independently run, hugely successful country inn, based in Shropshire.

Their aim is to serve quality, fresh, British food along with an extensive wine list in a relaxed, welcoming environment. The business pride themselves on a seasonal changing menu with local ingredients sourced wherever possible.

This is a very busy operation. As well as serving full lunch and dinner menus, small parties and events can also be held in the private dining room, as well as catering for the popular letting rooms.

As a Senior Sous Chef:

- Must be able to demonstrate business development
- Must be able to help direct, grow and develop a team
- Must have strong kitchen management skills
- Be creative and passionate
- a real Foodie
- Possible live in accommodation provided
