Look no further **Essentra**, a renowned global market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of plastic injection moulded, vinyl dip moulded, and metal items, is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join their team as an **IT Support Technician Apprentice**.

As an IT Support Technician Apprentice at Essentra, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills while providing essential technical assistance to their dedicated team of professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Setup and configuration of end hardware devices
- Ordering of equipment from third party vendors and managing stock levels
- Conducting end user familiarisation for new starters
- Collecting and repurposing hardware from leavers
- Maintaining an asset database and tracking changes

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday
- Shift pattern of 07:00 - 15:00, 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00
- 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
