Dental Receptionist

**We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are a private dental practice based in Littleover, Derby.**

- **This is a part-time vacancy. Days/hours worked are negotiable**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm dental appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of (Exact) Software of Excellence desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
