We are a small, professional, friendly and efficient team, providing services to our group of companies including architecture, interior design, project management, build, operations and manufacturing. We have some exciting residential projects ranging from super prime to contemporary apartments in inspiring locations with a 10-year pipeline of work. Over the past 16 years we have designed, built and delivered some of London’s most incredible homes.

**Job Overview**:
This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and detail-focused architectural assistant who has good experience in preparing residential construction to work alongside other in-house architects and designers.

You will be organised, a good communicator as well as passionate about architectural details, attention to detail and taking care in ensuring your work is done to the highest standard. You will have experience in the UK high end residential sector. You will enjoy finding workable and practical solutions on a daily basis.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ability to prepare technical drawings to the highest level and to timescales.
- Experience in detailed interior architecture drawings including bathroom and joinery setting out for Stage 5 Construction
- Technical knowledge of building details and processes
- Two-dimensional drafting working between plans, elevations, and sections is essential.
- Collating and organising drawings.

**Skills, Knowledge, Attributes and Experience**

**Essential**:

- At least 4+ years’ experience postgraduate with experience in UK prime residential sector
- Excellent AutoCAD and Microsoft skills
- Experience with joinery, and bathroom setting out construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong communication skills, oral and written (fluent English will be required)
- Attention to detail with a value on accuracy.
- Be enthusiastic; professional; hard-working, reliable, proactive, and organised in their approach.
- Possess the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Able to multitask and manage own workload.
- Excellent reference will be required.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
