Junior Credit Controller

Role:

- Agree credit terms with Local Authorities, Private Tenants, and Other Customers
- Ensure that Local Authorities, Private Tenants, and Other Customers adhere to these credit terms
- Match Invoices raised for Local Authorities, Private Tenants, and Other Customers to bank receipts
- Prepare daily reconciliations of rent paid to rent owed
- Identify any discrepancies, shortfalls or overpayments and liaise with Local Authorities, Private Tenants, and Other Customers regarding these issues
- Analysing the aged debt reports on a weekly basis
- Produce monthly reports regarding rents owed and discuss with head of finance
- Refer debts which exceed the company’s procedures and processes to Legal
- Assist Legal with the provision of evidence need to chase overdue rents
- Assist in Other Admin and ad hoc duties
